Job Summary
Liaise with clients, architects, and main contractors while identifying new business opportunities and managing master-plan and feasibility budgets. Conduct cost checking on developing designs, perform value engineering, and execute tender evaluations and analysis. Negotiate contracts, manage cash flow projects, and oversee procurement alongside cost reporting and variation evaluations. Prepare valuations, final account reporting, and claims for presentation, negotiation, and settlement. Analyze investments and implement benchmarking processes to improve cost model consistency and accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant tertiary qualification in any of the following areas: Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Full Australian working rights
- Currently located in Australia

- RICS / AIQS accredited candidates
- Proficient in the use of Cost X
- Highly motivated with a passion for delivering excellence to clients
