Job Summary
Manage equipment maintenance programs, conduct inventories, and track equipment shortages for the 801st Red Horse Training Squadron. Support Combat Support Training Range events by issuing and receiving vehicles, inspecting for damage, and maintaining student equipment cages. Perform road guard duty during explosive operations and utilize simulators like Explotrain and Improvised Electronics during field exercises. Assist contractors with gear assembly and ensure compliance with DAFMAN 91-203 safety and security procedures for classified information. This dual-path role requires either an EOD or Logistics background, a valid driver's license, and an active SECRET clearance.
Required Qualifications
- NAVSCOLEOD Graduate (DD214 & Cert)
- 8+ years EOD experience
- Prior EOD Senior Badge (minimum)
- Prior Active-Duty Air Force Logistics Readiness (DD214)
- 8+ years logistics experience
- Active SECRET clearance (fully adjudicated)
- Valid Driver's License
- Honorable Discharge (if prior military)
- Knowledge of Air Force logistics systems
- Active SECRET clearance required (fully adjudicated--no interim)
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC)
