EOC VOCATIONAL TRAINING ASST

Vocational Training Assistant responsible for instructing adults with special needs in vocational, employment, and independent living skills within Moon Township's Employment Option Center adult day program. duties include teaching vocational skills, providing hands-on support, planning and implementing engaging activities, and applying organization, communication, and multitasking skills. Requires ability to grasp and teach vocational skills, promote personal independence, and work collaboratively in a team. Qualifications include an associate’s degree or relevant human-service credits (preferred), supervisory experience, at least 2 years experience with individuals with IDD, team leadership knowledge, computer skills, and a valid driver’s license, plus required background checks and screenings.
