Job Summary

EO Operator leads the sterilization process and related activities to ensure quality processing of products for shipment. Responsibilities include operating sterilization equipment, moving materials through all steps of the sterilization workflow, maintaining safety and cGMP compliance, creating and returning work orders to support inventory control, inspecting equipment for performance, documenting information per Good Documentation Practices, and communicating improvement opportunities to the Team Lead. The role requires collaboration with the Quality Assurance team and management to maintain product quality and company integrity, with duties as assigned and potential to work off hours.

Required Qualifications

  • Two to five years of experience in the medical devices or FDA-regulated industry (manufacturing/production) is highly desirable.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently or in a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Computer literacy required.
  • Knowledge of cGMP, FDA requirements, and ISO standards is a plus.
  • Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent; some technical or college education preferred.
  • Ability to work off hours with minimal supervision.
  • English language proficiency; bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
