Job Summary
Lead and manage end-to-end environment and data strategy programs that onboard new clients onto State Street’s front-to-back platform. Direct regional and functional teams supporting workflow analysis, data analysis, requirements analysis for current and future state models and architecture. Produce internal and client-facing documents (strategy documents, playbooks, architecture documentation, data insights). Build and maintain strong business relationships with client stakeholders and guide multiple implementation lifecycles across global clients. Support business development and sales through consultative client engagement. Provide regular status updates and program-management reporting. Must bring strong experience in environment strategy, architecture design, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced, globally structured environment. Strong capability in documentation, reporting, and presentations, with familiarity in Agile methodologies and tools, and experience with front/middle/back office platforms and data domains.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 15+ years of financial industry experience across front office functionality along with middle (IBOR) and back-office systems, services and data domains
- Strong environment strategy and architecture design experience
- Strong experience in data mining, ETL experience platforms, data visualization/ reporting/ presentation tools
- Exposure to messaging protocols, public/ private cloud platforms and EDMs
- Experience integrating with other industry providers/ consulting partners to promote platform interoperability (e.g., Dellotte, Accenture, PWC, Bloomberg PORT, Charles River Development, BRS Aladdin, SimCorp Dimension, Factset, Fidessa Minerva, Eze Software)
- Technology background and CFA/ FRM charters are highly appreciated
- 15+ years financial industry experience across front/middle/back office platforms
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Proven program management, stakeholder management, client engagement and expectation management across project life cycle
- Experience in Agile Methodology and tools (e.g., JIRA, Rally, RTC) preferred
