Job Summary
Environmental Services Technician responsible for operating industrial equipment and performing field remediation tasks. Daily duties include preparing, testing, and stocking equipment; using high-pressure washers (up to 4,000-40,000 psi) and vacuum equipment to clean pits, sumps, tanks, and trailers; operating forklifts, aerial lifts, skid steers, and loaders as required; adhering to project Safety Plans, PPE procedures, and company safety standards; documenting work with project photos and notes, clocking in/out, and coordinating with Dispatch and Project Supervisors; physical demands include long hours, exposure to extreme environments, and potential overtime or weekend work; location is Midland, TX with periodic travel; must have Class C license, reliable transportation, clean driving record, and ability to pass background checks and drug screening
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Class C license required
- Reliable transportation to/from work
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including overtime and periodic weekends
- Travel Periodically
- Ability to pass pre-employment background checks and drug screening
- Basic computer skills to clock In/Out, Upload Project Photos and Notes into App
- Promote teamwork
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in oil/gas, construction, environmental industries (preferred)
- 1 year of general labor experience (preferred)
- Experience operating industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, vacuum trucks, hydro vacs) (preferred)
- Ability to pass pre-employment background checks and drug screening
- Strong teamwork and safety mindset
