Environmental Team Member at Michaels in Delray Beach: deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers with locating products and solutions, and provide a fast, accurate checkout experience with cash handling to standard. Perform truck unloading, stocking, planogram (POG) and merchandising recovery to keep the store well-merchandised and in stock. Support omnichannel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS); participate in store in-stock optimization (SISO) and AD set duties. Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production; adhere to SOPs and company policies; promote a positive image and be a role model for other team members.
