Job Summary
Environmental Team Member needed for early-morning and weekend shifts at Michaels in Tampa. Responsibilities include maintaining store cleanliness and recovery standards to uphold Brand Promises; delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers, and handling cash; collecting and disposing of trash, dusting and mopping floors, moving equipment for cleaning, and preparing cleaning solutions. Perform deep cleaning of key areas (bathrooms, breakrooms, entryways, and high-traffic zones) and notify supervisors for supply replenishment. Adhere to SOPs and safety programs, participate in omni-channel processes (BOPIS and Ship from Store), assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planograms, and support shrink and safety initiatives. Engage customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments. Flexible work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings. Must project a positive image, interact professionally with teammates and customers, and be 16+ years old.
