Environmental Team Member - Early Morning Shifts

Environmental Team Member responsible for maintaining store cleanliness and safety, assisting customers, and supporting omni-channel processes. Duties include cleaning floors and bathrooms, dusting and mopping, collecting and disposing of trash, stocking and restocking products, moving equipment, and ensuring products are properly placed. Conducts cleaning according to approved procedures, prepares cleaning solutions, and notifies supervisors of supply needs. Provides friendly customer service, helps customers locate items, engages with shoppers on rewards programs and private label cards, and participates in Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship from Store processes. Supports truck unloading, stocking, planogram compliance, shrink and safety programs, and adherence to SOPs. May handle cash at checkout and contribute to a positive store environment; must be able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting and climbing ladders as needed.
