Job Summary
Perform hospital-wide cleaning duties per established policies and procedures as assigned, including cleaning entire patient rooms, bathrooms, offices, and miscellaneous areas. Execute deep cleaning projects, vacuum entrances, replenish supplies, change cubicle curtains, and promptly clean up spills while utilizing wet signs. Maintain floors and move heavy furniture and equipment as required. Adhere to department policies, Joint Commission, and regulatory agency requirements while promoting service excellence and patient confidentiality. This role is part-time, benefit eligible, with a salary range of $23.79 to $25.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or relevant experience
- Must be able to clean entire patient room, including bathrooms
- Ability to perform deep cleaning projects as assigned and vacuum offices, lobby entrances and all miscellaneous areas required
- Must be able to replenish supplies, clean offices, change cubicle curtains, clean up spills promptly and utilize wet signs
- Must be able to perform floor maintenance and other such related duties as assigned or required
- Must be physically able to push, bend, lift and move heavy furniture and equipment
