Job Summary
Collect and analyze environmental and sustainability data across multiple facilities to support energy reduction, emissions tracking, and waste management initiatives. Monitor progress toward corporate sustainability goals by preparing reports for internal and external stakeholders and maintaining environmental databases for annual reporting. Assist with environmental compliance by managing permits for Air Quality, Wastewater, and Hazardous Waste systems, conducting facility inspections, and verifying records for regulatory accuracy. Prepare presentations and corrective action summaries for leadership while supporting special projects as assigned. This role is designed for recent graduates and early-career professionals, offering a salary range of $80,000 to $90,000.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Studies, Sustainability, Engineering, Natural Resources, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field; OR Associate degree with relevant internship experience or environmental/sustainability-related work experience
- 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing with a focus in environmental health/ safety or sustainability
- Basic understanding of environmental regulations and sustainability principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
