Job Summary
Supervise Housekeeping and Laundry Departments by preparing schedules, assigning daily tasks, and managing shift changes. Conduct frequent inspections of work areas and equipment for safety, fire protection, and infection control compliance. Perform routine floor care duties including cleaning, dusting, trash removal, window washing, and moving furniture as needed. Report incidents, accidents, and hazardous conditions to the Administrator while enforcing policy and procedure compliance. Coordinate with nursing services for isolation procedures and ensure proper handling of infectious items. Maintain excellent customer relations and complete necessary forms and paperwork.
