Job Summary
Environmental Field Specialist position located in Midland, TX focusing on environmental compliance across multiple midstream assets in West Texas and Southeast New Mexico. Responsibilities include periodic monitoring, reporting, recordkeeping, training, permitting for air, water, waste, and natural resources, supporting sustainability objectives, and providing cross-functional support to operations and engineers to achieve compliant, cost-effective environmental performance. Requires a Bachelor's degree and air permitting experience; 1 year minimum (2-4 years preferred) with a midstream company. Competitive compensation up to $120k plus bonuses; relocation offered; benefits include healthcare, HSA, PTO, 401(k) with match, disability and life insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Title 5 and air permitting experience
- Minimum 1 year experience with a midstream company; 2-4 years preferred
