Required Qualifications
- University degree in Sustainability, Environmental Sciences, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in environmental sustainability or impact in fashion/apparel supply chains
- Proven track record of leading data-driven supplier engagement and cross-functional sustainability projects
- Ability to translate environmental data into measurable supplier actions and reporting
- Experience with end-to-end data management, monitoring regulatory requirements, and sustainability reporting (Scope 3.1)
- Experience in decarbonization roadmaps and supplier communications
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making
- Knowledge of data automation and workflow optimization tools (dashboards, automated collection)
- Excellent stakeholder management and supplier negotiations
- Clear and confident communication in international contexts
