Job Summary
Conduct stormwater and regulated waters compliance monitoring field assessments, including erosion and sediment control inspections and wetland delineations. Compile field data to prepare weekly reports, permitting documents, and regulatory agency applications. Perform construction inspections, environmental marking and staking, and gain knowledge of regulatory requirements for energy-related projects. Role requires approximately 90% field work and 20% office-based duties, with extended travel across Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky. Must be willing to work flexible hours and overtime.

- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Travel within Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky is a requirement

- Position will be based in a remote home office with field work mostly located in the Northern Kentucky regional area
- Technical knowledge of natural resources and field assessment methods
- A current Driver's License
- Ability to walk moderate distances through unimproved terrain, utility rights-of-way, in remote areas, etc
- Exposure to outdoor elements (weather, noise, dust, moving equipment, insects, etc)
- Operating mid-size or full-size trucks on- and off-road in a variety of weather conditions
- Climbing, walking, bending, stooping, navigating construction landscapes
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to hear and visualize potential hazards during fieldwork or site visit situations
- 1 to 2 Years of Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Sciences or similar field of study
