Job Summary
Ensure compliance with federal and state environmental regulations and permits for solid waste, hazardous materials, wastewater, drinking water, and air quality systems. Interface with operation departments and regulatory agencies to define roles in compliance efforts and ensure understanding of applicable requirements. Monitor and coordinate the packaging, transport, and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous wastes, as well as testing and reporting for wastewater, storm water, and hydro test water. Manage air quality work efforts including oversight of NSPS, MACT, EI, NSR, and Title V programs, and prepare reports pursuant to consent decrees and permit conditions under EPCRA, CERCLA, and TSCA. Prepare permit applications and work with POTW on non-compliance discharges while assisting with technical oversight on groundwater and soil contamination issues. Oversee budgeting costs for air quality compliance and contractor work products, and coordinate routine modeling and tracking of anti-backsliding provisions for fuels regulations.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ Years experience
- Bachelors degree
- US Citizens or green card holders
