Job Summary
Environmental Solutions Field Project Manager manages field service projects at client sites, exercising independent judgment to ensure acquisition, performance, and completion of projects. Serves as main point of contact to verify contractual requirements and work scopes are met in the field, enforces health and safety procedures, verifies training/certifications, and escalates issues. Responsible for contract management, quality control, safety planning, waste characterization/shipping/profiling, budgeting and cost control, invoicing, and reporting. Coordinates with proposal, sales, operations, and subcontractors; ensures regulatory compliance and efficient use of resources; supports new business opportunities and maintains safe, compliant, and profitable project delivery. Must align with company safety standards, financial discipline, and customer requirements across environmental remediation and waste management contexts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of field-related work experience
- Knowledge of RCRA, DOT, TSCA and applicable regulations
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to manage contracts, safety plans, and field operations
- Strong analytical, budgeting, and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and customer service orientation
