Job Summary
Environmental Solutions Account Executive I focuses on new business and account acquisition for the Environmental Solutions portfolio, prospecting through outreach, events, and campaigns. Responsibilities include promoting recycling, waste, environmental compliance, and sustainability services; building a robust pipeline; understanding customer operations and regulatory requirements to tailor solutions; leveraging CRM daily to document activities and profiles; staying informed on market trends; maintaining knowledge of services and pricing; completing environmental service agreements and pricing proposals; and collaborating with internal teams to align solutions with customer goals. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills; experience with CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office are required.
Required Qualifications
- Technical knowledge with an understanding of environmental solutions, and regulatory compliance
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation skills and the ability to produce high quality, error free work in a fast-paced work environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to build long-term relationships with customers
- Knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce) to manage pipeline and track performance
- 0 - 2 years of experience within the waste industry - preferred
- Driver's License
