Job Summary
Environmental Solutions Account Executive I focuses on new business and account acquisition to drive profitable growth for the Environmental Solutions business. The incumbent identifies and develops prospects through self-driven outreach, participation in industry events, and organization-led campaigns. The ES Account Executive I promotes and sells recycling, waste, environmental compliance, and sustainability products and services to new customers at all organizational levels, with a strong emphasis on engaging senior executives. Responsibilities include promoting and selling environmental solutions, developing a robust pipeline through proactive outreach and networking, understanding customer operations and regulatory requirements to tailor solutions, utilizing CRM daily, documenting activities, and maintaining knowledge of services and pricing. Requires strong verbal and written communication, ability to build long-term relationships with customers, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce, and 0-2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
Required Qualifications

- 0 - 2 years of experience in a sales, account management, or customer facing role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook
