Job Summary
Conduct daily environmental services duties in a clinical setting, including cleaning and disinfecting patient and non-patient areas, handling municipal and recyclable waste, and performing detailed tasks like high dusting and wall cleaning. Transport soiled linen to the staging area, place appropriate signage to indicate wet floors, and utilize mobile technology for bed management compliance. Wear required personal protective equipment and follow protocols for hospital-approved products, reporting any identified facility repairs. Collects soiled linen and transports to hospital staging area for vendor pickup as applicable. All EVS Staff who enter Medication Rooms (Where Applicable) must receive mandatory education on proper Medication Room protocol.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
- Minimum of 1 year Related work experience
