Job Summary
Clean and service assigned hospital areas, including patient rooms, offices, corridors, and public spaces, while moving and arranging furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed. Utilize and maintain cleaning equipment such as mops, vacuum cleaners, and electric/battery-powered devices to ensure all areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to prevent the spread of infections and maintain a sanitary environment. This part-time role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and operates as a 1st shift, 40 hours bi-weekly at Fulton County Health Center.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move heavy cleaning supplies and equipment up to 50 pounds
- Experience with pushing and pulling of mops and electric and battery-powered equipment
- Strong work ethic
- Attention to detail
