Environmental Services Technician

Environmental Services Technician responsible for maintaining Institute facilities to ensure a sanitary, orderly, and attractive work environment. Responsibilities include daily cleaning of residential and office spaces, dusting, trash disposal, window cleaning, and use of cleaning equipment such as shampooers and motorized mop machines; operating cleaning equipment; operating Institute and/or personal vehicles following Vehicle Use Policy and Fleet Safety; managing supplies and inventory; restocking designated storage closets; providing backup team support and rotating to different buildings; adherence to cleaning protocols and safety standards; effective communication with EVS staff, supervisors, and coworkers; professional conduct and collaboration across teams; competitive salary and benefits.
