Environmental Services Technician - Lake Norman (Full Time) 1st Shift

Environmental Services Technician responsible for cleaning and environmental services in a healthcare facility, including dusting, sanitizing furniture and fixtures, floor care (sweeping, scrubbing, refinishing), carpet maintenance, restocking restrooms, waste collection and disposal, recycling, and reporting equipment issues. Works primarily indoors with cleaning chemicals and disinfectants, may assist with outdoor cleaning such as parking lots, and uses ladders as needed. Must adhere to infection control guidelines and safety regulations; proficient in operating cleaning equipment and maintaining timely completion of tasks.
