Job Summary
Maintain assigned areas in sanitary and orderly conditions by vacuuming floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing trash. Clean and disinfect patient rooms, hallways, and common areas, while replenishing supplies like soap and towels. Perform general housekeeping tasks including mopping, dusting, carpet shampooing, and waxing floors. Transport soiled linens and empty waste receptacles, and arrange furniture and equipment as needed. During summer months, maintain outside grounds; operate snow plow tractor for winter snow removal. Work 20 hours per week in 8-hour shifts, subject to weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- ability to follow oral or written instructions

- ability to move and transport objects weighing up to 60 pounds
