Environmental Services Technician (EVS)-Per Diem

Maintain a clean work environment in assigned areas, including patient rooms, offices, nurse's stations, lounges, hallways, bathrooms, kitchen areas, elevators, and lobby areas. Perform light manual work ensuring routine housekeeping tasks are completed according to established schedules and procedures. Wash furnishings, floors, and equipment with special cleaning solutions and disinfectants to prevent disease spread. Use dust cloths and vacuums to clean surfaces, empty trash, and arrange furniture and equipment in an orderly fashion. Make beds with clean linen and scour sinks, tubs, and mirrors while replenishing soap, towels, and dispensable items. Consistently demonstrate commitment to customer service excellence in interactions with patients, family members, visitors, and staff. Previous housekeeping experience is required, with hospital EVS experience preferred.
