Environmental Services Technician

Performs daily cleaning and supplying of patient rooms, wards, nursing stations, lounges, restrooms, offices, and other assigned areas in accordance with the Environmental Services department standards and hospital objectives; proactively supports safe patient care and a safe environment; communicates effectively with patients, visitors, coworkers, physicians, and volunteers; handles chemicals, supplies, and equipment per procedures; cleans and polishes fixtures, makes beds, restocks supplies, and supports turnover and admissions/discharges/ transfers as needed; adheres to quality and safety guidelines and contributes to continuous service improvement.
