Environmental Services Technician (As Needed) - Environmental Services

Maintain a clean and aseptic environment for patients, visitors, and employees by performing housekeeping duties including waste removal, dusting, sanitizing fixtures and surfaces, biohazard spill cleanup, soiled linen removal, bed making, and vacuuming. Operate battery-operated and cord-electric floor and carpet care equipment to execute established restorative, interim, and routine procedures while changing drapes and cubicle curtains. Use computers for data collection and routine room turnover, then keep records, maintain logs, and submit daily activity via schedule worksheets and task sequence sheets. Adhere to hospital policies, departmental procedures, and applicable regulatory agency laws.
