Environmental Services Team Leader

Maintain cleanliness of Departmental/Hospital assigned areas and ensure Standards of Appearance. Supervise all Environmental Technicians through multiple daily rounds, conducting patient surveys, process improvements, and quality inspections per Department Standards. Inspect accountability areas daily, generate work orders to Engineering, and anticipate staffing patterns based on volume and approved labor standards. Operate all department equipment, ensure adequate supplies, and verify proper controls and usage. Guide employees on Department and Hospital Policies and Procedures, demonstrate effective delegation, and manage Bed tracking System usage and pager accountability.
