Environmental Services Supervisor

Manage Environmental Services work crews on assigned shifts, overseeing routine and advanced cleaning for patient rooms, common areas, and floors. Ensure all equipment is in proper working condition, schedule servicing, and report repairs for fixtures, walls, and floors. Supervise trash removal, medical waste disposal, and STAT cleaning requests from nursing or medical staff. Allocate crew members for special events, meetings, and educational programs while providing training and preparing work schedules. Promote teamwork, communicate assignments and performance expectations, and correct or report safety violations and disciplinary issues. Submit required paperwork through appropriate channels.
