Environmental Services Supervisor

Maintain aseptic, safe, and attractive environments across all CCGH/CCEC facilities by scheduling shift coverage and conducting daily visual inspections. Evaluate and implement policies adhering to federal, state, local, Medicare, and Title XIX standards while planning and directing the environmental service program. Supervise the laundry department, interview candidates for hiring, and develop training programs to ensure an effective staff. Prepare quality improvement reports monthly and conduct performance evaluations, counseling, and disciplinary actions as needed. Assess new supplies and equipment for purchase, then prepare requisitions per facility policy.
