Environmental Services Supervisor

Maintain adequate shift coverage by scheduling employees to ensure facilities are thoroughly cleaned and maintained. Evaluate work quality through daily visual inspections and implement policies adhering to federal, state, local, Medicare, and Title XIX standards. Create monthly quality improvement reports based on daily observations and submit semi-monthly updates to the committee. Ensure effective staffing by interviewing candidates and recommending hires, while developing training programs to maintain a safe environment. Prepare performance evaluations, conduct counseling, and manage disciplinary actions as needed. Evaluate new supplies and equipment to facilitate purchases and prepare requisitions per facility policy.
