Environmental Services Supervisor

Oversee daily operations of the Environmental Services department, coordinating workflow, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with infection prevention standards and regulatory requirements. Develop schedules, evaluate staffing levels, and inspect staff work to maintain quality standards. Collaborate with Nursing and Engineering to support timely patient room turnover, order supplies, and address equipment maintenance needs. Provide training, coaching, and in-service education to staff as needed. Assist with emergency duties, including flood response and disinfecting patient care areas. Requires bilingual communication skills and one year of supervisory experience.
