Job Summary
Lead and supervise the Environmental Services team at Bellagio to deliver clean, welcoming environments and exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities include scheduling, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions; ensuring high cleanliness standards across casino, public areas, offices, and other areas; addressing guest concerns; conducting daily inspections and pre/post-shift briefings; coordinating with Facilities for property maintenance; and preparing end-of-shift reports. Ideal candidate has 2 years of EVS/PAD experience, strong customer service, and the ability to mentor and develop staff; requires a High School Diploma or GED and is 21+.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two (2) years of prior relevant EVS/PAD experience
