Job Summary
Senior Environmental Services Technician at Corewell Health responsible for cleaning, disinfecting, and stocking patient rooms and ancillary areas; removing linens and waste; performing interim/restorative hard floor, carpet, and upholstery maintenance; assembling and storing equipment; training and guiding Environmental Services staff on department procedures, quality, safety, and customer service standards; coordinating team assignments, conducting quality checks, and acting as team lead in the absence of senior staff; may work at multiple department sites as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 6 months of relevant experience public service and/or customer service experience in a hotel, hospital, environmental services, or janitorial experience
- Preferred 6 months of relevant experience Leadership
- CRT-Health Care Environmental Services Technician (CHEST) - AHE
