Job Summary
Maintain general cleaning of the entire casino, front of house bar areas, and public hotel spaces excluding kitchens. Clean all offices and public restrooms, transport all trash, and clean up after special events. Maintain the front entryway and Porte Cohere while reporting any problems to the EVS Supervisor. Adhere to all company, department policies, procedures, and safety standards. Exhibit a friendly, helpful, and courteous manner when dealing with customers and fellow team members. Perform any additional duties as assigned by your Supervisor or a member of management. Requires standing, walking, lifting up to 75 pounds, and working in noisy environments with occasional exposure to chemicals and outside weather.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions
- Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables
- Ability to regularly stand
- Ability to regularly walk
- Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel
- Ability to reach with hands and arms
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Ability to talk or hear
- Ability to occasionally climb or balance
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
