Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative for waste management and specialty containment solutions in Southern California. Drive growth across assigned territory through proactive prospecting, cold calling, lead qualification, and follow-up; set appointments, deliver presentations, and develop long-term partnerships. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing industry-specific needs and crafting tailored proposals with internal teams. Offer technical support for tanks, boxes, filtration equipment, pumps, pipes, and hoses at job sites; interpret blueprints and CADD documents to align with customer requirements. Develop annual strategic sales plans and quarterly revenue targets with branch and regional leadership; stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity; manage customer records and opportunities in the CRM. Travel up to 10% and collaborate with teams in a fast-moving environment.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of Rental Industry sales experience
- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel up to 10% overnight
