ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES MANAGER

Create and maintain a safe, secure living environment for all residents by overseeing equipment maintenance, repairs, and contractor work. Audit and manage standards in the laundry and housekeeping department while leading health and safety initiatives for all staff. Maintain detailed documentation required by FLTCA and Public Health, prepare departmental budgets, and manage inventory and supplies. Supervise departmental hiring, performance management, and staff development, including orientation and training. Ensure adherence to Ministry and regulatory requirements through contract tendering and policy manual maintenance. Work within a fast-paced environment with competing priorities, meeting project timelines and participating in leadership team activities.
