Environmental Services Manager

Supervise all department personnel to ensure clean, orderly, and attractive facility conditions. Conduct inspections of assigned areas to verify Quality Assurance Control standards are met. Train new and existing employees on equipment, products, and cleaning methods. Schedule Environmental Services staff and participate in interviewing candidates for hiring decisions. Maintain a positive culture while focusing on patient-centered care and community quality of life. This role supports Select Medical's mission to provide exceptional recovery care for chronically and critically ill patients across four divisions.
