Job Summary
Oversee the Environmental Services (EVS) operations for the second shift, coordinating frontline team members and acting as a liaison to ensure the highest possible level of service to patients, visitors, and the community. Responsible for monitoring hospital initiatives to achieve patient and customer satisfaction, maintaining strong team member relations, and achieving department goals. Ensure all personnel comply with hospital, government, and system policies and procedures. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of EVS experience, and at least one year of supervisory experience in a customer-service-focused setting. This role operates within Baptist Health, a large healthcare system dedicated to clinical excellence and employee diversity.
Required Qualifications
