Environmental Services Manager - Regional Clinics

Develop and execute facility solutions to ensure health and safety standards are met across regional clinic sites. Lead a team of 20+ employees on the 2nd shift EVS operations, managing overall accountability for operational management and financial performance. Coach staff, plan team meetings, and establish client rapport to drive retention and new business while delivering excellent service. Build revenue, manage budgets with strict cost controls on labor and inventory, and ensure completion of financial statements. Implement total quality management requirements, optimize energy consumption, and maintain Aramark operating standards to improve margins and productivity.
