Environmental Services Manager I

Manage and maintain the mechanical operation of all campus systems, including preventive maintenance and repair of equipment, while coordinating apartment turnover. Monitor and create budgets, oversee housekeeping and quality control of support services, and lead project management initiatives. Requires four years of experience in building maintenance, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. Full-time position with competitive pay based on experience and certifications.
