Environmental Services - Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician within the Environmental Services team at Cass Street Assisted Living community; responsibilities include general upkeep of the facility and grounds, scheduled preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, completing repair requests, assisting with safety systems (fire alarms, extinguishers, suppression, door entries/locks), flooring maintenance, apartment turnover, and maintaining records/reports. Requires basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical and building construction; experience with commercial kitchens and/or HVAC is beneficial but not required. Valid driver’s license with a responsible driving record is required. Training will be provided. Full-time role with daytime hours and on-call emergency maintenance rotation across multiple Eagle Crest communities; evenings and weekends may be required.
