Job Summary
Lead Environmental Services team, assist the Supervisor in coordinating daily operations, address employee and customer concerns, and ensure daily tasks are completed. Perform quality audit inspections, assign and adjust work schedules, coordinate employee work assignments, and provide ongoing instruction to Environmental Services staff. Communicate and collaborate across departments to ensure continuity of service, maintain equipment, and support cross-site coverage as needed. Demonstrate leadership and ensure adherence to department standards while fostering a positive work environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of relevant experience in public service or customer service experience in a hotel, hospital, environmental services, or janitorial experience
