Job Summary
Environmental Services Director in a brand-new continuing care retirement community. Oversees care and cleaning of the Environmental Services Department, manages housekeeping, custodial, and laundry staff, procurement of supplies and equipment, inventory control, and budget adherence. Responsible for resident and employee engagement, training and supervision, safety and infection-control program implementation, and coordination with other departments. On-site leadership in Woodland Hills, CA with on-call 24/7 duties and potential for an annual bonus; supervises budget, quality standards, inspections preparation, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- At least three years of environmental services housekeeping management experience in a retirement facility, hotel, hospital, or similar environment.
