Environmental Services Floor Technican

Ensure work and cleaning schedules are followed while performing routine cleaning assignments in resident living and common areas. Execute day-to-day EVS functions including dusting, dry/wet mopping, disinfecting, and shampooing carpets. Clean glass, polish fixtures, remove trash and linens, and prepare vacant rooms for occupancy. Discard infectious waste appropriately and perform isolation-cleaning procedures using proper personal protective equipment. Maintain cleanliness of med rooms, hallways, stairwells, and elevators while ensuring supplies are stocked and equipment is properly stored. Report light bulb failures and assist in lifting heavy equipment as needed. Maintain confidentiality of facility and resident data, adhere to safety regulations, and complete annual OSHA and CDC training programs. Use the Worxhub system for customer requests and assist in orienting new team members.
