Job Summary
Directs the Environmental Services, Maintenance, and Housekeeping departments at Monarch Communities, developing and directing programs and activities to ensure a safe, clean, and compliant living environment for residents; oversees budgeting, policy development, regulatory compliance, staff scheduling, vendor coordination, and collaboration with other departments to support daily operations and emergency readiness.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in maintenance, facilities management, or related field
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Strong knowledge of maintenance and housekeeping practices and procedures
- Working knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems
- Hands-on maintenance, carpentry, and repair experience
- Ability to operate power and handheld tools and maintenance equipment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management software
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to perform physical work as required
