Job Summary
Supervise housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff to ensure compliance with policies and federal/state requirements. Lead teams in light and heavy housekeeping duties across varying shifts while performing in-service training and quality control. Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment using HCSG software. Act as liaison between building occupants and HCSG staff to communicate directives effectively. Use protective gear appropriately and ensure safe use of cleaning solutions. Represent HCSG positively through courteous interactions with residents, guests, and leadership. Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality while completing all assigned tasks. Residency within the service area required.
Required Qualifications
- Residency within the service area
- Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds
- Must be able to push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods
- Must be able to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously
- Must be able to work around food and cleaning products
- Able to follow oral and written instructions
- Able to perform routine, repetitive tasks daily
- Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of experience in healthcare housekeeping and supervision
- Maintain a positive attitude
- Effectively communicate with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership
