Job Summary
Seeking an Environmental Services / Custodial Operations Manager 3 to manage hospital cleaning operations, ensuring patient safety, satisfaction, and compliance with healthcare standards. The ideal candidate will lead and motivate teams in a healthcare setting, driving best practices in environmental services.
Required Qualifications
- experience leading and managing a team
- in-depth knowledge of housekeeping systems and procedures
- experience with vendor and contract management
- minimum management experience of 3 years
- minimum functional experience of 3 years in Housekeeping, Environmental or Custodial Services
Desired Qualifications
- experience driving customer service and/or guest satisfaction results in a healthcare environment
- strong leadership skills and can drive program compliance
- ability to analyze data and effectively communicate to all levels within the organization
- experience improving patient satisfaction and complying with HCAHPS standards
