Job Summary
Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized environment by sweeping, scrubbing, mopping floors, disinfecting surfaces, and completing facility laundry. Manage cleaning equipment and supplies, keeping inventory, while assisting with daily residential assistant duties when not cleaning. Dispose of trash, dust furniture, polish accessories, and sanitize doorknobs and counters. Conduct and document safety checks, report repairs, and travel to various facility locations. Requires CPR/First Aid certification, a valid driver's license, and current TB test and health screen.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Current TB test and health screen
- Valid Driver's License
- Physically able to push up to 30 lbs
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk during daily routine, with the ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to go up and down stairs multiple times per day
- Ability to travel to various offices or facility locations
