Job Summary
Environmental Services Associate at LECOM Medical Fitness & Wellness Center is responsible for maintaining the facility’s cleanliness, order, and safety. Key duties include cleaning locker rooms and facilities, replenishing towels and supplies, monitoring locker room areas (sauna, steam room, whirlpool), operating washers and dryers and handling linens, assisting with deliveries and conference room setup, and adhering to safety and emergency procedures. The role requires CPR/AED certification within 90 days of hire, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and flexibility to adapt to center hours. The position is part-time and in-person in Erie, PA.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum 6 months of related experience or training preferred
- CPR/AED certification required within 90 days of hire (provided by Power Wellness)
- Must possess excellent inter-personal and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and maintain a controlled and professional demeanor
